Past Blocks Away
WHY LOOK AT PAST PROGRAMS?
While many Academic Year (AY) Block Away courses do not repeat every year, there is often a rotation within departments or fields of study. We hope this look at the programs offered in recent years helps you to understand the scope and diversity of offerings typically provided by 华体会. Using this information, you can get a sense of the variety of programs offered as well as the price range for the various program fees. As inflation has been a factor in travel and lodging costs, we would typically recommend expecting a 3%-5% cost increase per year for any repeated programs.
When will the 2026-2027 Block Away Options Be Announced?
Off-Campus Blocks for the 2026-2027 Academic Year will be announced in mid-December. At that time a new webpage will be added with information on each program. The Semester & Block Study Away Fair is scheduled for Thursday, January 29th, and we would recommend that all students interested in study away attend the fair. That same day will also be the day when online applications will be opened. They will remain open through the Priority Deadline on March 1. Students are encouraged to apply on Summit during this period to maximize their potential to earn a Block Away financial aid award. While later applicants will be possible, students applying after the March 1 deadline will have a lower probability of both approval to join the program and availability of financial aid towards the program.
