Reception:

  • House-made Spinach and Artichoke Dip (v)
  • Shitake Mushroom Pot Stickers with a Soy Chili Glaze (v)
  • Turkey Sausage Meatballs with Fried Sage and Roasted Pumpkin (gf)
  • Beer, Wine, and Nonalcoholic selections

Dinner:

  • Salad: Spring mix, pepitas, dried cranberries, and plums with Raspberry Balsamic or Ranch (vg/gf dependent on dressing)
  • Rice Pilaf (vg/gf)
  • Roasted Seasonal Vegetables (vg/gf)
  • Quinoa and Cranberry Stuffed Acorn Squash (vg/gf)
  • Herb Brined Airline Chicken Breast with Tomato Herb Velouté (gf)
  • Assorted Dessert Bars (v)
  • Beer, Wine, and Nonalcoholic selections
