As a State Farm Agent, Liz can assist your clients with all personal insurance needs from auto, home, condominium, renters and personal liability umbrella policies.
Liz has been a member of a State Farm Insurance family for over 45 years. She is a second generation State Farm Agent. Her father, brother in law and brother are all State Farm Agents as well. Liz’s office is located at the corner of Square Lake Road and Adams in Troy Michigan. She has personally worked the past 20 years serving State Farm herself. As a graduate of Oakland University, she was employed in State Farm auto claims where she handled personal injury claims. She managed claims with attorney involvement that were in litigation. She settled 3rd party lawsuits filed against State Farm policyholders. She was the case management, claim representative that handled all catastrophic injured policyholders in the metropolitan Detroit area. She was responsible for handling extensive budgets and allowances to authorize care for these injured parties.
3 years into her claim handling, she was promoted into management whereby she supervised claim representatives in their duties. After a total of 7 years working for State Farm in the auto claim division, she opened her own agency and began to represent State Farm from a sales position.
She is a very dedicated, loyal and honest insurance representative. She provides professional direction and is interested in acquiring clientele who are looking for developing a long lasting relationship. Her 2 staff members have worked for her for the last 12 years an agent. Liz requires her staff, Evelyn Metz & Jean Raftes acquire and maintain their license in Property Casualty and Life & Health. This ensures the same level of quality service is given to each of her clients.
On a personal level, Liz enjoys fly fishing, reading, computer related technology and her 2 English Springer Spaniels named Izzy & Denali
