The Automotive Authority, Inc. has been servicing Oakland and Macomb Counties since 1994. The Automotive Authority is a full service automotive repair center that that can handle all makes and models, foreign and domestic. The Service and Retail Center located at 3872 Rochester Road, just South of Wattles, is open 100 hours per week. Monday thru Thursday 7 am to 12 Midnight, Friday 7 am to 9 pm, Saturday 8 am to 6 pm and Sunday 10 am to 6 pm. Other services from The Automotive Authority include free vehicle pick up and delivery, complimentary client shuttle service, aftermarket warranty service, assistance with recall notices, national fleet services, towing, collision, accessories and accessory installation.
Our facility and technicians are certified and licensed by the State of Michigan. Our Technicians are also certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). The Automotive Authority technicians have 12 to 25 years experience in the automotive service field. This staff gets the repairs right the first time.
Tim Anderson has been General Manager of The Automotive Authority, Inc. since January of 1997. Tim has over 20 years experience in the field of Automotive, Light Duty Truck and Medium Duty Truck service and repair. Tim is also certified by the National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence. Tim has attended college at Macomb Community College, Eastern Michigan University and Walsh College.
